Another Green Light For Medical Cannabis In India: Jammu CSIR To Pioneer Medical Cannabis Project

India's inaugural Cannabis Medicinal Project in Jammu, overseen by CSIR-IIIM, received a visit from MoS PMO Jitendra Singh. 

He praised the initiative, highlighting its potential as a game-changer, promising high-quality medicinal drugs for alleviating pain in conditions such as Cancer and Diabetic neuropathy.

Jitendra Singh mentions that they have partnered with a Canadian private firm to make high-quality cannabis medicines to level up India's medicine game.
