Is Yogi Adityanath really offering jobs for cannabis smokers in UP?

These days people on social media are posting rubbish and a lot of hoaxes are coming about cannabis in India.  Some of the people/ pages were posting that Yogi Adityanath (CM of Uttar Pradesh) will offer jobs to cannabis smokers in Uttar Pradesh. 

Looks like someone is trying to spread this fake information. Maybe they tried to mix the news of Cannabis Smokers' jobs in Germany. As a cannabis pharmaceutical company was offering jobs to cannabis smokers.
