Hence last year in 2022 a company in Canada and one in California, USA got slapped for low potency cannabis quality against product description.
For some people the quality of cannabis can be measured through THC potency, however many users like to have any strains according to the terpenes and effects.
Mostly high THC strains are being used by people suffering from diseases or recreational users.
Generally, these lawsuits are multi-million dollar proposed for a class-action lawsuit over allegations the potency of their products is “drastically different” than advertised. The statements of disclosing the potency are not right and hence the companies will have to compensate.
